Vegetarian diets vary in what foods they include and exclude. Lacto-vegetarian diets exclude meat, fish, poultry and eggs, as well as foods that contain them. Ovo-vegetarian diets exclude meat, poultry, seafood and dairy products, but allow eggs.

Healthy Creations uses the term “vegetarian” to apply to both Lacto- and Ovo- diets. Customers wishing to exclude eggs, honey, and dairy products can order from our Vegan menu.
