CHICKEN FINGERS WITH HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE, SWEET POTATO FRIES OR BROCCOLI –  A dish made for kids and adults alike!   Delicious Veggie chips that are made from vegetables (sweet potatoes, kale, carrots, navy beans, potatoes and other veggies)  are crushed up and added to our gluten free bread crumbs and spices that coat strips of our tender chicken breasts.  Bake in the oven and serve with the included house made honey mustard dipping sauce.  Comes with your choice of  Sweet Potato Fries,  or Broccoli. ADOBO CHICKEN OR STEAK WITH FRESH BROCCOLI AND BROWN RICE  –  (Fresh Broccoli best if not frozen)  A delicious classic Filipino dish of meat simmered in a sauce of coconut milk, soy sauce, vinegar, herbs and spices!   Sounds exotic but it’s a very family friendly meal and mild in spice.  Serve meat and sauce over the included cooked brown rice.  Comes with a side of fresh broccoli.  (Paleo option available)

CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE (VEGETARIAN, or TURKEY, or with STEAK STRIPS –  a classic dish with a healthy twist – it’s healthy!  Roasted green peppers, corn, brown rice, Cotija, black beans, Monterey jack cheese, optional ground turkey or strips of steak, fire roasted tomatoes and an abundance of spices are layered and topped with an egg batter and baked together for an easy and delicious meal!  We seriously LOVE this meal and so do our customers!!
